SUPER EAGLES SET TO REIGN IN SOUTH AFRICA AGAIN

Super Eagles coach Stephen Keshi has picked his final squad for the African Nations Championship (Chan) and expectedly Chigozie Agbim and Azubuike Egwuekwe lead the pack.
Solomon Kwambe and Benjamin Francis are the other regulars in Keshi's 23-man squad that also includes Golden Eaglets goalkeeper Dele Alampasu, whose junior international colleague Taiwo Awoniyi failed to make the cut.
While Christian Pygbara and Abdullahi Shehu, who were part of the Flying Eagles team that featured in the Fifa U-20 World Cup, were also listed.
Nigeria have been listed alongside South Africa, Mali and Mozambique in Group A of the competition which will run between the 11th of January to the 1st of February.

The full squad is made up of three goalkeepers, eight defenders, six midfielders and six forwards.

Stephen Keshi will be expecting his team to return to South Africa with the same spirit which saw them become African champions for the first time in 13 years bearing in mind though that he is going there with a totally different breed of players.
